  • Get a Card
  • Get your own personal library card that allows you to borrow materials from any library in Allegheny County and the state of Pennsylvania.
    Check your Account
  • Check the status of holds placed and information from your library account. If you have a library card, you can do it all in one place.
  • Request Items
  • You have the power to request your own items. All you need is a library card. All the fun of Amazon.com without the cost.
  • Renew Items
  • Need items renewed, but you can't get to the library or call? Do it here. The power is at your command.
  • Meeting Rooms
  • Need a meeting space or have a presentation? Check out a meeting room. If you have a small study group of 1 to 8 people, call the library at 412-531-1912 to schedule a quiet study room.
  • Volunteering
  • Have talents to share? Why not volunteer at the library and contribute to our community spirit.
Many of our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
