Web Management Reports (Circulation Reports) - Pre Release 2007
There is a known issue with accessing and downloading the Pre Release 2007 reports in Microsoft Internet Explorer. Innovative will notify us when this fix is available. Suggested alternatives are to use the Release 2007 Web Management Reports or Mozilla FireFox.

As a reminder, the Steering Committee approved the schedule for the deletion of items with statuses other than withdrawn. This schedule will delete items with select statuses that meet the deletion criteria on an annual basis. The following report identifies those items scheduled for deletion at the end of October. During this time period, libraries can use this report to follow their normal library process for searching for items or updating the statuses as necessary. At the end of this period, the eiNetwork will rerun the list to exclude any items for which the status has been changed and then delete the remaining items. The actual item deletions are scheduled to occur on October 31. This affects items with the statuses of Billed, Claims Returned, Lost and Paid and Missing. There is no change to the schedule for deletion of Withdrawn items. They will continue to be deleted on a monthly basis and the Withdrawn Reports will be posted each month to the member page as usual.
- Year End Reports
- LYR Circ Field Problem (2008) Approximately 167,000 item records lost the LYR Circ data in the year end updating process from 2008-2009. The number in the LYR Circ field is zero. The records did not get through the updating process correctly due to system problems. 167,469 item records out of our 4 million records, (about 4%) will still be without correct LYR Circ data. Please keep this in mind as you use this field to run weeding and other various reports this calendar year (2009). An item message has been added to each record affected, and all records are listed in the following excel file.
