The Friends of the Living Library of Wilkinsburg
It was formed more than twenty years ago to support your library. It has helped provide materials and transportation for the Outreach program, extra books for children and adults, special programs, and much more.
Each year FOLLOW sponsors our Used Book Sale, the Christmas Tree Trimming Party, and the Fall Book Review Series. FOLLOW also serves as a valuable support group for the library by helping to keep Borough Council and the public aware of our services and presence in the community.
Membership requires little form you: payment of minimal dues ($2 a year for student and seniors, $5 for individuals, $10 for an Associate membership, $25 for Patron, and $50 Lifetime), and interest in our activities. The rewards are many.
You will receive a newsletter to keep you abreast of all that’s new with the library; mailing about coming programs; free parking at the library for Life members (who also may attend a special preview night at our June Book Sale), and most importantly, the chance to make a positive difference for the community by helping your library to grow.
