Interlibrary Loan - ILL
Before requesting a book through ILL, be sure to search for the item in all of the eiNetwork libraries. This can be done by selecting "All Libraries" from the drop down menu on the main catalog search page.
If it is available at any library in the eiNetwork consortium (any of the libraries available to you in the catalog) then it is not necessary to request the item ILL. Instead request the item by calling, or visiting your local library. Or you may request it directly through the catalog. For instructions on ordering items through the catalog click here.
Through interlibrary loan, or ILL, you can receive materials from libraries all across the country. We receive thousands of items that were requested through interlibrary loan, including videos, CD's, audio tapes, microfilm, photocopies and of course, books. ILL is to be used for items NOT available through the almost 80 libraries in the eiNetwork consortium.
