Mystery Book Discussion Group

We meet on the last Thursday of the month at 10:30 a.m. The next time we will discuss Mistress of the Art of Death by Ariana Franklin. However, in July, join us on Thursday, September 25.

LET'S GO TEAM WHITEHALL

We had over 70 participants join our BIGGEST LOSER contest at Whitehall Library. TEAM WHITEHALL will compete against South Park Library this summer.

Next meeting is Wednesday, August 13 at 6:30 p.m. Members can call 412-882-6622 or email us at whitehall@einetwork.net with their weekly results or stop in at the library on Thursday mornings from 10:30-11:30 a.m.

  • Anklet Bracelets / Thursday, August 7 @ 6:30 - 8:30 pm - Learn how to make anklets before summer is over-for yourself or gift giving. No experience necessary. Cost 15.00 includes all supplies. Ages 15 an up. Registration is required and space is limited.
  • Beginner Jewelry Class / Thursday, August 14 @ 6:30 - 8:30 pm - Adult Beginning Jewelry If you have never crafted and want to learn; if you want custom jewelry for those special events or outfits or to save money making your own, this class if for you. Learn crimping, dangles and more. No experience necessary. All beads and tools provided. Each participant will create 2 pieces of jewelry. Ages 15 and up. $15.00.
  • One Stroke Painting Class / Saturday, August 23 @ 10:00 - 12:00 pm - One Stroke Project Class August is Sunflower time! Learn how to paint these beautiful flowers along with a few other simple techniques. Now experience necessary. All paints brushes and paper provided. Ages 15 and up. Cost of the class $10.00
