Children's staff strives to promote the enjoyment of reading for both entertainment and enlightenment, while providing enriching programs and experiences for all children. Miss Kristin is the full time children's librarian. She has been at the Whitehall Library since 2007. Her favorite books are Bunnicula by Deborah & James Howe, Tikki Tikki Tembo by Arlene Mosel, The Witches by Roald Dahl, and the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. Miss Kristin leads Toddler Storytime on Wednesdays at 10:00am. Miss Beverly is a children's library assistant. She has been at the Whitehall Library since 2004. Her favorite books are The Giver by Lois Lowry, Just as Long as We're Together by Judy Blume, The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales by Jon Scieszka, and the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. Miss Beverly leads Preschool Storytime on Tuesdays at 1:30pm. Miss Kathy is a children's library assistant. She has been at the Whitehall Library since 1998. Her favorite books are Mary Englebreit's Mother Goose, Throw Your Tooth on the Roof, One Hundred and One More Read-Aloud Classics, and Inkheart by Cornelia Funke. Miss Kathy leads Book Babies on Thursdays at 11:00am.
