Power Cut/Lifting - Monday:  9:15 - 10:30 AM
Floor & More - Wednesday: 9:15 - 10:30 AM
Booty Blast - Friday:  9:15 - 10:30 AM
Overweight & Out of Shape - Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00 AM
 
Join us for fun and fitness.  These class are for men and women of any age.  Classes are hour to more long of heart pumping fun
 
Power Cut/Lifting - Monday:  9:15 - 10:30 a.m.
This is a training class using bands and weights.  Floor work concentrates on the abs and lower body.  We bring the gym into the group fitness environment.
 
Floor & More - Wednesday: 9:15 - 10:30 a.m.
This class includes a full half hour dedicated to working the legs, abs and posterior. Weights are also used for the upper body, finishing up with an all over body stretch.
 
Booty Blast - Friday:  9:15 - 10:30 a.m.
Class dedicated to ½ hr. of varying exercises for posterior; and ½ hr. of ABS & stretching..
 
Special Overweight & Out of Shape - Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m..
Gentle, effective, fun, non-competitive, health exercises & guidance. Routine designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion. Hand weights, tubing used in various positions ie: seated, standing and on floor.
 
** Please wear confortable clothing, shoes and bring a towel, mat, weights, bands etc with you.  You may try out a particular class to see if you want to take a session for $6.  Just pay $6 to Fran at the beginning of class.  Just go to the class you are interested in, and try this class once.  If you've enjoyed yourself and wish to take more of this class, then please purchase a 10 class pass for $40 at the library registration desk or ask Fran about a pass.  This is a way to give something new a try.  The room is carpeted and air-conditioned.

Purchase a 10 class pass at the library registration desk for $40 ($4 a class if 10 class pass is purchased)
$25 for a 5 class pass
$6 per class for walk-in at any class, any time, any day
