Intro. to Cross Country Skiing

Exercising outdoors does not need to end just because it's winter! Ever feel like trying to cross country ski? Here's an excellent introduction to the sport. Rick Garstka, President of the PA Cross Country Ski Association will be here to discuss techniques, equipment, appropriate clothing, conditioning levels, trail grooming, and places to ski (near and far). South Park Township Library's 4th Annual Christmas Party
