Penny Lawrence has recovered from her shoulder surgery and is very happy to be back at the library. Just wait until you see these terriffic menus! As always, Penny has carefully selected "do-ahead" dishes. Portions of each menu can be prepared ahead of time, and in some cases, frozen. By working within these three menus, you will find more than enough dishes to get you through the holidays and the winter season. As an added bonus, if you register for all three classes at the same time, we'll offer a discounted rate of $105!

These classes are three hours long, which includes the preparation of the food and time to sample the delicious results. As a courtesy to our chef and other attendees, please be prompt. These classes fill up quickly - sign up early.

Full payment is required at the time of registration. To register by phone, you must provide a credit card number and expiration date. The library reserves the right to change any menu or to cancel any class at their discretion.

Dining in Santorini is the theme of this very do-ahead dinner that will delight your guests. This is Greek food at its authentic best - light and lovely.

Relish Platter: olives, pepperincini, fresh assorted vegetables and Tsziki dip.

Pastichio Squares: rich, lean ground meat, onion, garlic, and spices in a lovely sauce, with cheese, pasta and a heavenly bechamel sauce baked to perfection.

Broiled Leon-Oregano Chicken.

Romaine Lettuce Mixed Greek Salad with Feta and Authentic Greek Red-Wine Dressing.
