Boomers are being challenged to accept a new role as caregivers for a parent, spouse, or child. Some of us are known as the "sandwiched generation" of caregivers, caring for more than one loved one, usually a parent and child, or a parent and spouse.

Instead of planning for retirement, many baby boomers are considering changing their career paths, "recareering" themselves into completely different job descriptions.
