A book is a lasting tribute to give in honor of a person or special occasion or in memory of a loved one. With your gift, the Mt. Lebanon Public Library will purchase a book in a subject of your choice. A bookplate on the inside cover notes your name and the name of the person in whose honor or memory the book is being given.
An acknowledgement will also be sent to the family, if appropriate. To arrange for an Honor or Memorial Book, please print out this form and complete the information at the right, then bring it in or mail it to the library.
