Bookkeeper 

Hampton Community Library is looking for an experienced bookkeeper who is willing to volunteer their skills and talent to our organization.

 

Qualifications/responsibilities include:

 

  1. Knowledge and practical experience with office skills.
  2. Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  3. Knowledge and practical experience with QuickBooks.
  4. Maintain payroll records/reconcile payroll bank statements.
  5. Process all bills.

Interested volunteers should send a letter of interest and/or resume to the director, Suzanna Krispli.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed to shelve books.

You can make a big difference in as little as 1 1/2 hours per week. If you are interested, please speak to any staff member.
