Why can't I renew my books through My Account?

There may be several reasons why: Your books may be overdue, you may have an outstanding fine, someone else may have requested them, you've already renewed them. Please call your local library to find out how to resolve your problem or to renew books over the telephone.

How do I get a book that I found listed on The Catalog sent to me from another library?

At this time, you have two options for obtaining books owned by libraries participating in the eiNetwork:

  1. You can go to the library that has the book available (be sure to call first to make certain the book is on the shelf),
  2. Tell a staff member at your library which item you want to borrow and they will have it sent to any library you specify for you to pick up. When the book arrives at the library of your choice, you will be notified by mail or by telephone.
