Uncovering Your Roots: A Beginner's Genealogical Workshop
Would you like to trace your family tree, but don't know how to start? In this beginning workshop, you will learn how to begin researching your genealogy; how to organize and record data on charts and forms; the types of records to research; and how to evaluate data that is discovered.
When: Monday, May 15 and 22, 6:30 - 8 p.m.

- Highlands (1986-1990 and 1992-94)
- St. Joseph's -- Natrona (all years)
- Tarentum (1927 and 1929)
- West Deer (1942-1953)
- Will also accept yearbooks from other A-K Valley schools.
- Personal diaries of Alle-Kiski residents -- particularly diaries depicting daily life and/or historic events such as the Civil War, the town's first automobile, the 1936 Flood....We will gladly photocopy a diary with which you cannot bear to part.
